Return Policy Summary

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Returns are applicable within India only

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if any of the following conditions are met:

  • Product is damaged during transit

  • Product is defective and non defective due to manufacturing issues

  • Product is not as described on the website (size, color, design, or specifications)

  • Order is delayed beyond 30 days

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition

  • All tags, barcodes, invoice, and packaging must be intact

  • The product must be returned with all accessories and freebies (if any)

Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Return request made after 7 days of delivery

  • Product has been used, damaged, or altered by the customer

  • Missing tags, packaging, or accessories

  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers


How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Request

Email us at support@huetex.in or contact us via WhatsApp/call at +91 7777072062 / +91 9704871000 within 7 days of delivery.

Step 2: Ship the Product

  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging

  • Ensure all items (tags, invoice, accessories) are included

  • Ship the product to the return address provided below

Step 3: Inspection & Approval

  • Once we receive the product, it will be inspected

  • If approved, refund/replacement will be initiated

  • If rejected, the product will be returned to you with a reason shared

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Customers may optionally choose a store credit or replacement

  • Refunds will be initiated within 7–14 business days after product inspection and approval

Return Shipping Charges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges

  • If the return is due to:

    • Damaged product

    • Defective product

    • Incorrect product

  • 👉 Return shipping charges will be reimbursed up to ₹200 or 10% of the product value (whichever is lower)

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled, but can be returned as per this policy

“Not as Described” Returns

You can request a return if there is a mismatch between the product received and the product listed on the website, including:

  • Color

  • Design

  • Specifications
